IES and RemSoc Workshop - Managing stress and building resilience at work

Monday, 30 September 2024 - 12:00pm to 1:30pm
Online

Join Lynsey Kitching from CAPE Coaching & Development for a 90 minute online interactive workshop that explores what resilience really means, the link to wellbeing and why this is so important at work... and at home. Lynsey will share what really matters when building and maintaining resilience, some key techniques to use when feeling stressed and under pressure, and a chance to develop your own unique resilience template to take forward.

The Land Condition Early Careers Network (ECN) is a dedicated space within the IES' Land Condition Community for those in the first 10 years of a relevant career. Led by a six-person Steering Group, the ECN focus on creating opportunities for professional development, peer-to-peer learning, and chances to connect with the wider cohort of Land Condition professionals.

For this event the Land Condition ECN is partnering with The Society for Remediation Practitioners in the UK (RemSoc), who focus on the remediation of contaminated and brownfield land in the UK. They promote safe and technically sound practices in their sector, and provide networking and development opportunities for members.
