As a small but rapidly growing charity, we are currently recruiting for four positions to increase our headcount to ten.
Main Purpose of the Post
You will be highly organised with a keen eye for process development and improvement. Relishing a varied workday and the chance to engage with a wide range of environmental projects, you will need to be highly flexible, motivated and able to fit into the collaborative culture of the office.
This post will be responsible for delivering the smooth running of IES operations and developing membership services and income streams that support the evolution and growth of the Institution. We are seeking an individual passionate about project management and enthusiastic about the environment.
You will seek to develop our existing services and source new initiatives which boost income growth, member satisfaction and operational efficiency. In this quickly growing organisation, you’ll have responsibility from ‘day one’, so you must be confident and able to learn quickly.
Job Role
Programme delivery
- Produce workplace plans with other members of staff, and provide ongoing project management and monitoring to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and in line with the organisational strategy
- Develop existing and new services for members, as evidenced by appropriate market research
- Identify, scope and implement new income streams to support the development and growth of the Institution
- Foster appropriate external partnerships to further the organisation's strategic aims
- Promote a culture of membership and income growth across the organisation
- Spearhead the digital transformation and automation of the Institution through implementation of the digital roadmap, managing external contractors and suppliers to deliver project milestones on time and in budget
Operations
- Develop, implement and document performance for Health & Safety, Environmental Management and Data Protection policies
- Further develop the Institution's Diversity, Equality & Inclusion policies, setting targets and putting in place appropriate programmes of work
- Act as the Data Protection Officer
- Contribute to the maintenance of the risk register, ensuring appropriate insurance and mitigations are put in place

About the Role
The position is full time. Interviews will take place on Monday 2nd March, with a view to the successful candidate starting as soon as possible.
