The IES report: 'A challenging environment: Experiences of ethnic minority environmental professionals' highlighted that discrimination at sites is a significant issue, with research participants reporting that they faced substantial discrimination and racial abuse at sites. Ensuring ED&I on site work for ethnic minorities and other protected characteristics is vital for the sector.
This webinar showcased the journey that the Sustainable Land & Resource Management (SL&RM) team in Atkins started in early 2021 to tackle ED&I related issues prevalent in the engineering sector, with a particular focus on making site work more psychologically safe for all.
